The Urban Task Force has a busy calendar of activities throughout the year which are linked to our Strategic Priorities. These work programmes drive our mission to encourage positive planning, strategic decision-making and investment approaches which create meaningful changes to Tauranga and our wider community. We produce regular press releases and advocacy documents which are a great source of information about our activities. The 2023-24 financial year includes a thorough programme of work based around five Strategic Priorities:
