Powerful property leadership

UTF provides powerful, knowledgeable leadership to local and central government, and key stakeholders in local business, economic and iwi sectors. Our contributions encourage informed strategic decision-making.

Advocacy for positive planning and investment decisions

UTF advocates for planning and investment decisions which create meaningful changes to the current state of Tauranga City.

Promotion of growth and collaboration

UTF is committed to promoting growth and collaboration for the future. A new leadership model of collaborative, innovative thinking across central Government, local Government, iwi, and the private sector will lead the city to a positive future.

Meet the Board

Governance is provided by a leadership committee who are dedicated to advocate for positive change and progress for our local property sector. UTF has strong endorsements by Ngai Te Rangi and Ngati Ranginui, who both have grave concerns for Tauranga’s growth, and hold positions on the leadership committee.
